As a service company with consulting and implementation experience, CCI MANAGEMENT devises and implements its clients´ strategic plans.

The types of transactions that we advise our clients on include:

• Strategic consulting, restructuring and other services that increase corporate value and generate company growth

• Mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and strategic alliances that result in strategic and economical advantages/synergy effects for our clients, including the acquisition or divestiture of shares or companies, mergers, joint ventures or co-operations and outsourcing.

• Corporate succession solutions by management-buy-in or management-buy-out or strategic investors

• Bridging of management gaps, vacancies and successor problems

CCI MANAGEMENT assumes the role that is appropriate for a particular assignment, including management consultant, project manager or interim general manager.

Technical services in specialized fields reaching from corporate law to information technology can be called upon as needed through our extensive professional network and will be integrated seamlessly by the CCI MANAGEMENT project manager. We are thereby able to offer the most recent expert knowhow on an economical basis to our clients.

Unique Selling Proposition

CCI MANAGEMENT´s strength and unique selling proposition (USP) are the implementation of national as well as cross-border M&A and other strategic alliance projects, on a fully integrative basis, that are consistent with the strategic objectives of our clients.

With respect to national and, in particular, cross-border M&A and strategic alliance projects, CCI MANAGEMENT conducts discussions and negotiations on behalf of its clients with the decision makers of a target- company. We manage a project until a definitive agreement is reached while keeping critical success factors in mind throughout the entire process.

Project team - as far as required and requested - can be assembled by utilizing employees of our clients and target- companies, including the companies´ respective tax consultants and lawyers. However, if preferred, we can staff project teams only with outside experts.

The appropriate project team structure promotes a more effective knowledge exchange during the pre-phase or analysis-/due diligence-phase which is a vital success factor for any transaction and leads to a better mutual understanding between the companies. In addition, the cashflow-effective project costs are also minimized.

As a further strength, CCI MANAGEMENT can assume tasks not only to execute the main transaction-process - (such as the execution of an M&A process -) but also in the preparation for a transaction, such as the review of a client's business portfolio, strategic direction, and target criteria. Furthermore, CCI Management can help in the post-transaction phase, such as integration management after the closing of an M&A transaction.

Globalscope Partners Expands Global Footprint at Globalscope Spring 2024 Conference in Tokyo

Globalscope Partners Ltd., a worldwide network of middle-market M&A specialists, welcomed two new members at its 2024 Spring Conference — Consilium Partners LLC, Boston, USA (Consilium Partners; https://www.cpboston.com) and Mediterranean Corporate Finance, Tunis, Tunisia (MCF; https://www.med-cf.com).

Both firms were voted in at the network’s bi-annual meeting held April 17-20 at the Hilton Odaiba Hotel in Tokyo. Founded by Greg Sneddon, Consilium Partners provides a full range of sector-specialized investment banking services. MCF, founded by Mehdi Sethom, provides M&A, fundraising and advisory services throughout the Middle East and Africa, based out of their offices in Tunis, Morocco, and Dubai.

Both of the new member firms will play a strategic role in strengthening Globalscope’s international presence.

Having partners on the ground in each of these markets broadens Globalscop´s geographical reach and deepens the networks expertise tangibly in both existing and emerging M&A categories worldwide.
